The Azalaï Group Hotels
Reservations can be made on the website www.azalai.com.
Reservations are possible depending on availability in our hotels and the prices applied correspond to those in effect at the time of booking.
Prices communicated orally are only valid for 24 hours and are subject to written confirmation.
Hotels do not guarantee a reservation made through a travel agency until prepayment is made and validated.
The Azalaï Group Hotels reserves the right to refuse any pet in the rooms, in the common areas or in the restaurants.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our establishments
Group bookings should be handled by the sales department of each unit.
PRICES
All prices given are in the currency of the country of booking and include VAT
The prices do not include the tourist tax.
The Azalaï Group reserves the right to make price changes at any time for reservations that are not guaranteed and therefore not confirmed.
When the reservation has been confirmed, the price will not change.
Tourist tax is not included in the price of the room. This is set by the municipality of each city, per day and per person and will be added to the final bill.
Reservations can be made by phone, email or on site. All customers are required to verify the terms of their reservation. These are final.
Breakfast is not included in the price of the rooms, with some exceptions.
PAYMENT
· Payment for the reservation depends on when the reservation is made, date of arrival and type of room.
· Customers must communicate by phone or email a credit card number with the expiration date.
The accepted cards are: Visa, Mastercard
BOOKING
If the customer wishes to modify his reservation after it has been confirmed, the Azalaï Group will do everything it can to make the change but without guarantee.
For unsecured reservations, customers can change up to 24 hours before the date of arrival. For guaranteed reservations, changes possible until midday on the day of arrival.
TERMS OF CANCELATION
Without guarantee, the reservation is automatically canceled 24 hours before the day of arrival. When the reservation is guaranteed, the customer has until noon to cancel their reservation, after this period or in the event of a no show, the first night is charged.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE HOURS
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. with some exceptions (prior arrangement)
On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest.
The early checkin is granted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. depending on the occupancy rate. A supplement is payable depending on the type of room.
The late check out is granted from 12 noon to 6 p.m. subject to invoicing according to the occupancy rate; after 6 p.m. (local time), the total night is billed.
To guarantee a reservation with an arrival earlier than the normal check-in time, In the case of a late arrival (after 9 p.m.), the customer must notify reception by telephone in advance or by written notification.
The conditions are the same for the locations in our car park.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Azalaï Group is not responsible for damage or theft of personal property, whether in the hotel or common areas
The Azalaï Group is not responsible for any accident or death caused by an outdoor activity booked by the hotel
The Azalaï Group is not responsible for any fact, any external event that could result in the interruption of the customer's stay in one of its hotels
Children under the age of 18 are the sole responsibility of their parents or caregiver for the duration of their stay
Guests may not enter areas marked as private or reserved for staff
Pets are the sole responsibility of the customer and any damage caused will be the responsibility of the customer
The Azalaï Group hotels have private car parks with a limited number of spaces and spaces designed for standard-size vehicles. If a vehicle does not meet these standards, the hotel is not responsible for any damage it may cause to other vehicles already parked in our parking lot and the hotel reserves the right to refuse the vehicle even after confirmation of its booking
The Hotel Group reserves the right to refuse any animal in the establishment.
COMPLAINTS
Each complaint must be immediately reported to the person in charge of the service or to the reception, which allows the problem to be resolved quickly.
GROUP POLICY
Definition of a group
Any reservation of 10 rooms and more is considered a group and must therefore be managed by the sales department. A contract will be drawn up by the hotel and signed by both parties. This will act as confirmation. Prices are given in the currency of the country of booking and include VAT. The price of breakfast is not included in the price unless specified 70% payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and the deposit must be paid on arrival. If payment is not made on time, the reservation may be canceled The payment method must be validated beforehand in the contract. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfers, cash or by check. Every effort will be made to take over the organization of the group as soon as the dispatch is sent 14 days prior to arrival. This list must include the name of the participants and the type of rooms desired. If the rooming list does not match the type of room, the hotel reserves the right to change the guest to a more appropriate room depending on availability.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Any change must be concluded in advance in writing.
